American Precision Group manufactures Precision Thin Section Ball Bearings from 1″ to 35″ in diameter and small to large diameter Turntable Bearings. Thin section bearings are manufactured in three styles: radial, angular contact and 4-point contact.
Thin Section Bearings are unique in the following three areas:
1.) They have extremely small and constant cross sections with respect to increasing diameters,
2.) They are very light-weight with excellent load-to-weight ratios and
3.) They offer design engineers high performance benefits such as: high precision, low torque, high stiffness and large through-holes to run electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or other hardware.
We also manufacture small to large diameter Turntable Bearings that contain flanged inner and outer rings with mounting holes, seals and usually contain an integral gear on the inner or outer ring.
